Workplace wellbeing, crisis prevention & psychosocial support
Transdisciplinary TeamBurnout rarely announces itself until it's already done damage; to a person's health, their family, or their ability to keep working. This department focuses on catching it early, supporting people through it, and preventing it from escalating into crisis.
This department collaborates closely with Clinical Psychology and other Legion Bridget departments whenever a case requires it, working toward the same core mission: preventing suicide, self-harm, and homelessness, and giving each person a genuine second chance.
